Dispatch & Delivery

Orders are generally dispatched within 2–5 working days after receipt of payment, depending on current workload.

All shipments are sent via FedEx with online tracking.
Delivery is usually made without signature, unless otherwise required by the destination country or local regulations.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your shipment online.

Packaging

Shipping fees include handling and packaging costs as well as postage.
Orders are carefully packed in sturdy cardboard boxes to ensure that all items are well protected during transport, especially fragile products.

We recommend placing all desired items in one single order, as separate orders cannot be combined and will be shipped individually.

Shipping Origin

MADAK Design Sp. z o.o. is based in Poland, and all orders are fulfilled and shipped from within the European Union.

We ship products to customers in many countries worldwide via our logistics partner FedEx.

Shipping Destinations

We offer international shipping to most countries worldwide, subject to the availability of FedEx services in the destination country.

Available shipping destinations will be displayed during checkout.
If your country is not listed, unfortunately delivery to that location is not possible.

International Delivery – Duties & Taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, VAT will not be charged at checkout where applicable.
Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges that may be imposed by the destination country.

Customs duties and import taxes are determined by local authorities once the shipment reaches its destination.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance procedures or circumstances beyond our control.
