Refund Policy

Custom-Made Products

This is a custom manufacturing service, where one-of-a-kind products are produced according to your individual specifications.
For this reason, refunds and returns are not possible for custom-made products.

Returns due to “change of mind” or “item no longer required” are not accepted, as all license plates are individually manufactured and therefore exempt from distance selling regulations.

We do not accept returns for any reason whatsoever. Customers are therefore strongly advised to carefully review all specifications and fully understand the terms and conditions of their order before placing it.

By placing an order or by signing the delivery note and invoice, you agree to pay for the listed goods and acknowledge that no refund, replacement, or compensation can be claimed once the order has been placed.

Exceptions

Returns or exchanges are accepted only for products from the category:

“License Plate Holders & Car Accessories (e.g. stickers)”

For these products, we offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in new, unused condition

  • In its original packaging

  • With all labels attached

  • Proof of purchase is required

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Additional fees may apply if items are not returned in their original packaging

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • If a product was shipped with free delivery, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from the refund

  • All returns are inspected before approval

  • We do not refund items that are damaged or lost during return shipping

Once your return is approved, you will receive return instructions and a return label if applicable.
Items returned without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us without delay, so we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Gift cards

If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new, separate order once the return has been approved.

Refunds

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected.
If approved, refunds will be issued automatically to your original payment method.

Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Important Notice – Please Read Before Purchasing

Our license plates are handcrafted products and are not perfectly flawless. Please review the following points carefully before placing an order:

Plate Deformation

License plates are made from aluminum and pressed by hand using a hydraulic press.
Slight bending or deformation is technically unavoidable and does not constitute a defect or reason for return.

Press Marks

Minor marks or pressure points caused by the embossing process are typical for pressed plates and are not considered defects.

Color Variations

Actual product colors may vary depending on screen settings, device type, lighting conditions, and individual color perception.

Legal Disclaimer

All license plate replicas sold on this website are intended for private use only.
They must never be used as a replacement for official, government-issued license plates.
No guarantee is provided that replicas are identical to originals.

Warranty

All license plates are covered by a 12-month warranty, starting from the invoice date.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Automatic car washes

  • Cleaning agents or polishing products

  • Improper installation or modification

  • Hail, road hazards, acid rain

  • Off-road or racing use
